Pet Waste Removal
The Turd Bandit has been actively providing pet waste clean up and removal since 2017. Our professional service is ideal for singles, families, parks, businesses and those who just have a hard time bending down repeatedly. The Turd Bandit lives to serve fellow pet-lovers who understand that our four-legged family members not only need healthy food and regular grooming, but also a safe yard to live in.
Litter Box Cleaning Exchange
By simply leaving your used litter box outside, we will come to your house or apartment weekly, bi-weekly or twice a week and swap your smelly, dirty litter box with a fresh, clean and sanitized one.
We work on a 2 box rotation but you can chose 1 or 3 boxes at a time if you wish. We use extra large sized cat boxes with a latching lid for transportation. Your boxes are labeled and kept separate so you will ALWAYS get and use the same boxes. Each customer will also have their own scooper too so there's no chance of cross contamination.
Yard Sanitizing
We offer yard sanitizing and deodorizing services using the amazing WysiWash™ sanitation system that dries safely in just 15 - 30 minutes!.

What is my responsibility as a client?
Please be aware when our scoopers are in your yard. We ask that you please communicate with the rest of the household as well to avoid having your pups let out on us.
Yards should be reasonably kept. Tall grass is much harder to find everything. Autumn is known as, "poop camouflage season". We can only pick up what we can see.
How often does a Turd Bandit tech visit?
Most of our customers prefer pooper scooper service once or twice a week.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope! Cancel any time!
Does anyone need to be home when you come to scoop?
Nope! As long as we have access to the area that needs to be cleaned, nobody needs to be home. If you have a locked gate, please make sure it is unlocked the day of service.
Can my dog be in the yard when you clean?
One of the best parts of our job is getting to meet your dog. However, if your dog is aggressive and we do not feel safe, we would ask that you confine your dog so we can clean safely.
Will you come out in bad weather?
Yes, except if it is heavily raining or a snow storm. Then next week we will simply do double dooty. We will try to accommodate customers by going out the next day or day before a storm but no guarantees. Feel free to ask, we will do it if it's possible.
We work year round. But can't promise a perfect visit if there's tall grass and/or a thick coating of leaves which is harder to clean thru than tall grass.
What happens with the waste?
We will double bag the waste and throw it away in your garbage can. We do not take it with us.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, CashApp and Credit Card. Invoices go out digitally on the 1st week of every month. We will not clean up the yard unless the previous month is paid for.
Is my satisfaction guaranteed?
Absolutely! If you are not completely satisfied, please just call us and we will come back out and do the job right at no extra charge.
